I will try to describe the condition of each ticket as best as I can, but use the images to make your own judgement.   1936 Winner: Bold VentureNM Condition - Very minor crease in top, left corner. No stains. Sharp edges.   1937 Winner: War Admiral - TRIPLE CROWN WINNER EX+ Condition - No creases. Some minor staining on front (top center).   1938 Winner: Lawrin VG-EX Condition - Some creasing in each corner. Uneven separation at perforation.   1939 Winner: Johnstown NM Condition - No creases/stains. Sharp edges & corners.   The Kentucky Derby is a Grade I stakes race for three year-old thoroughbred horses, held annually in Louisville, Kentucky, on the first Saturday in May, capping the two-week-long Kentucky Derby Festival.   The Derby is frequently referred to as "The Run for the Roses," because a lush blanket of 554 red roses is awarded to the Kentucky Derby winner each year.      NOTE !!!
