It was manufactured in 1979 for Image Factory Sports, Inc. by R. Dakin & Company of San Francisco. CA. It is a product of Korea. Because the US decided to boycott the Russian Olympics for political reasons that year the production of these bears was halted and the availability of them is somewhat limited.This bear is 17-1/2” tall to the top of his head and 19-1/2” if you include the height of his ears. The bear has the official Olympic belt, it is in mint condition, and it is odor free. There is the original paper hang tag in the right ear and Dakin’s official cloth Tush Tag sewn into the back seam.Shipping will be by USPS Parcel Post Mail at a cost of $10.00 in the USA.
