All original vintage team-issued Yankee Yearbook with excellent content. This is only the 3rd yearbook ever issued by the Yankees; it is as sold at YANKEE STADIUM. First full year for the great Mickey Mantle. There are full page spreads for stars Allie Reynolds, Yogi Berra, and Phil Rizzuto. Others featured rookie Gil McDougald, Mickey Mantle, Ed Lopat, Hank Bauer, Gene Woodling, Johnny Mize, Johnny Sain, Billy Martin, Jackie Jensen, Ralph Houk, etc. Two page photo of entire team, 1951 World Champions. Managed by Casey Stengel, the team finished 1st at 95-59, drew 1,629,665 and went on to win the World Series over the rival Brooklyn Dodgers. Yearbook is very well planned and edited for content. There are photos, profiles, and career records of the players and team history. There are highlight photos of the 1951 Series.  The ultimate historic yearbook documenting this Baseball dynasty. This is a great piece of rare historic sports memorabilia and well worth bidding on.
