Total weight is 5 1/2 (Troy) oz. A wreath of roses encircles the base of the cup (about 2 1/2" diameter). Traditionally each cup is engraved with the name of the Derby winner and the year. This offering is for the Derby year 1982 (108th Running). Derby race winner was Gato del Sol.  The jeweler's (BWK)  official indicia is on the bottom of the cup. This mint julep cup is being offered from a private collection.
