Sadly this was the last time Dale Earnhardt Sr. would race at this race track due to his tragic death the following February at the 2001 Daytona 500 race. These two tickets run in numerical order (090 and 091) and are still attached to each other. This series of ticket's also had many other driver's depicted on them and even the Dale Sr./Dale Jr. tickets were not all in numerical order. This I believe this was just the " luck of the draw" so to speak that they came up next to each other and that I saw and bought them that way. These rub off ticket's may have been $20,000.00 winners ea., but I guess we will never know for they have not been rubbed off. They are still in pristine condition and have been professionally framed behind UV protected glass sense 2001.    What makes these tickets so much different than other collectables is that they were not mass produced. They were only produced for the state of Pennslyvania, USA  lottery and of the ones printed only a few were in numerical order and the ones sold, I would guess most of them were rubbed off and cashed in or discarded. There may very well be some left out there but how many? Not very many I'm sure.   This is a great chance for someone to own a truly rare Dale Earnhardt / Dale Earnhardt Jr. collectable that I'm sure you will take great pride in owning and showing off to your friends and family.
