The bottle is brown and tan. The front of the bottle includes an image of Dan Patch looking through a horseshoe in gold, and has below the horseshoe "World's Fastest Pacer, 1:55 Mi., 1906, birthplace Oxford, Indiana". There is also a blue ribbon around the top, and the name Dan Patch in white raised letters on the top. The back of the bottle has a history of Dan Patch with the pacer, cart and driver "painted" into it. Part of the IRS tax stamp is still on the top and back of the bottle. The bottom of the bottle has "OMB LIQUOR BOTTLE, No. 27, 1973, ROYAL HALBURTON CHINA" in raised letters and a handwritten "27" glazed into the bottom. The top of the bottle does comes off as the cork has been broken through. The bottle is in excellent shape with no cracks, chips or other dings.
