I am not an expert on billiard items they look fair to good condition to me so please ask questions. The rack is missing two of the insert pieces and  the old Zinc?? metal bands  two are missing so it is loose written embossed in the side of this rack it says The Brunswick Balke Collender Co manufacturers of  Carom and  pocket billiard tables  with the numbers 2 1/4 next to that the balls seem to be missing three numbers and replaced??? one also looks larger to me with naked eye. The 1 and cue ball have cracks/wear and are the worse condition others are not bad but are dirty and I do not know if these can clean up you collectors will know.
