Each of the three unused Strata balls have the commemorative logo of the Open clart jug and "Muirfield 2002" on them, whilst the wooden cylindrical box also has the same logo and writing on the front. The box itself is in excellent condition. It is most unusual, being constructed of two wooden ends wrapped with thin plywood, with an elasticated loop which hooks over a stopper to secure the golf balls. The box could be easily damaged and as such I would suspect that there will be few still in existence in such good condition.
