VERY RARE VINTAGE 72 YEAR OLD SARATOGA PROGRAM FROM MONDAY AUGUST 10, 1936 SEABISCUIT RACES FOR THE FINAL TIME UNDER "SUNNY" JIM FITZSIMMONS WHEATLEY STABLE. The PROGRAM is IN EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION. Its maked in pencil. Theres a few creases on the front cover and a small less than 1/2 inch split tear on the left side of the front cover and a bit less on the inside first page. Nothing major. (Its just to the left and below the letter O on the cover)  After that the programs in real nice shape for its age of 72 years ago!  The program is all there and very well intact with still shiney staples in and out and no edgewear along the spine which is along the top the way this program was made. Please ignore the forego1974 that you see on the pictures. Its not actually on the program and there just to protect the pictures. SEABISCUIT WINS THE RACE IN WHAT BECAME A MATCH  WHEN ONE HORSE WAS SCRATCHED.  Off this win, CHARLES HOWARD MADE THE DEAL TO BUY SEABISCUIT for a few thousand dollars. As of this day CHARLES HOWARD, TOM SMITH & RED POLLARD never had anything to do with SEABISCUIT but after this day That famous trio were THE SEABISCUIT team in his very next race!!!...The rest was history!!!! This is one of the rarest Seabiscuit or any program for that matter offered on ebay. THIS ITEM IS VERY VERY RARE AND CAN BE A CENTERPIECE FOR EVEN THE BEST OF HORSERACING COLLECTIONS.   NOTE: I'm showing SEABISCUIT'S RACING RECORD in one of my photos so you can see this his final race before CHARLES HOWARD bought him but the race recor does not come with the program.  Winning bidder pays $25.00 S&H via INSURED PRIORITY MAIL, INCLUDEDS DELIVERY CONFIRM and SIGNATURE CONFIRM.
